Troubleshoot spf state change on Access switch that cause by split brain on wireless Control

 1.Verify stp link state change on access deice A and B ( show log include STP )


2.Verify down link connect form RSW device to WLC controller by (show lldp neighbors)


3.Log in to the WLC to verify the logs, check the keep-alive port's status to ensure stability, if it's unstable, dispatch a replacement cable.


Disable the downlink port on either RSW1 or RSW2 to confirm stability, based on which WLC is active, always ensure that the standby device's port is shut down.


When replacing the cable, make sure to disconnect the uplink on the standby device, replace the cable on R0/0 port, and then reconnect the uplink


4.

Verify Redundancy ( show chassis, show redundancy history )

Verify Keep alive port (show platform hardware slot R0 ha_port interface stats)

Verify keep alive port flaps (show log | inc %STACKMGR-6-STACK_LINK_CHANGE)

Enables down link on rsw and continue to monitor


5.After verifying stability, Make sure that both wireless LAN controllers are ready in their current state.

Chassis 1 much be active if not use redundancy force-switchover to focus the member 1 become active.
